An installation date will be agreed upon between D's Lights LLC and the customer.
D's Lights LLC will provide a Cost Estimate to the Customer based on the Customer’s verbal description of their desired lighting and decoration package. The Cost Estimate may be written or given verbally, and is subject to change depending on the total quantity of light strands and decorations actually used in the final installation. The Cost Estimate is an estimate and may vary from the Final Package Cost after the installation is complete.
Single-time installation of lights according to a layout planned and approved by the customer.
Removal of the specified installed lighting and decorations, unless otherwise noted.
Service to maintain the installed lighting and decorations, as described in the Service Calls section below.
D's Lights LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any property deemed unsafe by D's Lights LLC.
D's Lights LLC reserves the right to take and use photographs or video of the customer's property for marketing and media purposes.
D's Lights LLC aims to utilize the least intrusive method to affix the decorations to the structures. Occasionally, supplemental measures, such as (but not limited to) staples, hot glue, or project-specific bonding may be required. By accepting service, the property owner acknowledges that this is normal business and releases all liability of damage such as (but not limited to) staple-punctures, foliage anchoring, etc.
The property owner must provide D's Lights LLC clear access to safe and adequate electricity commensurate with the volume of lights requested by the customer. D's Lights LLC will require enough free circuits to successfully handle the electrical load of the lighting package in addition to anything else on the circuit. D's Lights LLC will not be held responsible for inadequate, faulty, or overloaded electrical sources at the place of service. D's Lights LLC is not a certified electrician service and only provides a service of electric accessories for the customer to control at their own free will. It is ALWAYS suggested by D's Lights LLC for the customer to consult with their electrician to provide adequate power sources prior to lighting installation.
D's Lights LLC will test all lighting at completion of installation and will leave the project fully functional for the customer to control. D's Lights LLC will provide customers with FREE service calls between installation date and agreed upon removal date. Service does not apply to repairs that result from the following: 1) Severe natural disasters. 2) Tampering by animals such as chewing through wires. 3) Changes made by customer 4) Changes made by landscapers.
Contractor will bill upon the job completion and Customer shall make payment within 5 days of billing date. Customers agree to pay a finance charge of 1.5% per month or a minimum $10.00 for any amount past due. This amount will be added to the amount normally due under this contract. Once customer is past due 30 days or more, D's Lights LLC reserves the right to stop service.
Customer agrees to pay any collection costs, attorney fees, and for any other costs incurred in collecting fees agreed to by this contract.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 Return Check Fee.
For Customers safety, neither the Contractor, nor any of its employees are to be approached while using any equipment. Please keep children and pets inside for their own safety during any service.
